You can NEVER have too much Red Wheat

I officially have my three months supply of food storage done. Yeah! Now if only I knew what to cook with: 175 lbs of Red Wheat 170 lbs of Rice 47 lbs of Quick Oats 33 lbs of Pinto Beans 33 lbs of Black Beans and 20 lbs of Macaroni Any ideas?
